Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas according to Marriott standards.
Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
Stock, organize, and transport housekeeping supplies using carts.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.

Job Requirements:

Flexible weekday, weekend, and holiday work.
Ability to stand, move about, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet over long hours.

The ability to become a cross-trainer when required.
Experience as a housekeeper or a hospitality worker is a plus, but not necessary.
