Job Description:

As a Helper in the factory, you will play an important role in the work process, playing a support role in the production work. You will be responsible for transporting raw materials and finished products, to make sure that everything is in the right place at the right time. You will also be helpful in packaging, labeling, and organizing to ensure efficiency in the line of work. Another important aspect of your job will be to assist in quality control activities so that products can be brought up to the level of the company. You will assist closely with machine operators and supervisors to ensure they are clean, safe, and productive. It is a practical job suitable for people who love to work in a team and feel good about participating in high-standard manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the factory (manual or powered equipment).
• Perform packaging, crating, and sorting of products for shipment.
• Assist machine operators and assemblers in their duties.
• Clean work areas and machinery to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Perform basic labor and maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1+to less than 7 months (it does not require any certification or diploma).
• Skills: The ability to be relied upon, versatile, to be on time, communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: The applicant must be able to lift to 23-45 kg (50-100 lbs), work in noisy and dusty environments, perform
• repetitive work, and stand at long intervals.
• Equipment: Should possess steel-toed safety boots.
• Transportation: needs stable transportation to Debert, NS.
• Qualifications: Should be able to legally work in Canada.
