Job Description:

In which way, being a waiter at Paul Caf, you will be the face and voice of the restaurant that will offer a good and pleasant way to all the visitors, a comfortable dinner and good quality of service till the end.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer queries.
Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and barista teams to fulfill orders.
Maintain clean and organized dining areas before and after guests.
Ensure all customer concerns are reported and resolved effectively.
Process payments and communicate billing details to the cashier.

Job Requirements:

education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1- 2 years of experience customer-facing F&B role.
Language: Very good English; good Arabic a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Premier communication and teamwork skills (Level 2)
Level 1 customer-centric approach (Level 1)
Culturally perceptive and versatile (Level 1)
Willing and able to seek results (Level 2)
