Job Description: Vegetable Packer:

It is the job of the Vegetable Packer to ensure goods are packed correctly for customer satisfaction. You are included in a team that deals with sorting, handling, and packing fruits and vegetables. Roles and Responsibilities:

Carefully pack various fruits and vegetables for shipping.
Handle fresh produce with care to avoid bruising or spoilage.
Ensure all items are packed according to weight limits (up to 13.5 kg or 30 lbs).
Perform repetitive tasks such as sorting, weighing, and labeling produce.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Stand for extended periods during shifts.
Use good color perception to identify and sort produce accurately.
Work overtime when required to meet production goals.

Job Requirements:

No previous experience or formal education required – full training is provided.
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting to 30 lbs.
Must have own transportation – public transit is not available.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
