Roles and Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and assemble customer orders onto pallets
Load/unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Handle products weighing an average of 14 lbs (up to 60 lbs)
Operate in a multi-temperature warehouse:
Frozen (-5°C)
Refrigerated (2°C)
Ambient (room temperature)
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Work effectively in a team-based, inclusive environment

Job Requirements:

A safety-first mindset and good decision-making skills
Must pass a physical abilities test
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Adequate vision and hearing to operate machinery safely
Ability to work in cold or varied temperature environments
Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
