Laborers must remove all forms of litter while properly disposing of waste and then clean defined regions to maintain environmental compliance and a neat operational area. Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain the facility’s appearance by removing litter and properly disposing of it in designated containers.
Perform cleaning tasks in breakrooms, maintenance shops, and other assigned areas.
Identify and address areas needing immediate attention.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, vendors, and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including wearing PPE at all times.

Job Requirements:

Ability to handle tools and equipment with fine motor skills.
