Roles and Responsibilities:

As part of the harvest team, your tasks will include:

• Pruning: Preparing trees for optimal growth in spring and fall.
• Planting and Irrigation: Assisting with new orchard setups and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Harvesting: Picking, sorting, packing, and swamping cherries while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Training Participation: Engaging in health and safety and ladder training for safe working practices.
